  • Projects, code, and files saved in the app (kept locally on your device until you export or delete)
  • AI prompts when you use AI generation or assistance features

4. How we use data

  • Login and authentication: creating and managing your account.
  • Communication: sending messages about your account, tech support, and important notifications.
  • Security: validate access with password/PIN, prevent fraud and misuse.
  • Personalization: use demographic info and approximate location (postal code) to tailor the experience.
  • App operation and improvement: editing/compiling, AI code generation, debugging, and optimization.

5. AI processing

When you use AI features, prompts and minimal technical context are sent to the AI provider to process your request.

  • Provider retention: according to the AI provider's policy.
  • You can choose not to use AI; the app works without these features.

6. Storage and retention

  • Projects and files: stored locally on your device until you delete them.
  • Account data: retained while your account is active.
  • Logs/diagnostics (if enabled): retained as needed for debugging and improvement.
  • AI prompts: retained according to the AI provider's policy.

7. Third parties and international transfers

Depending on the features you use, we may share data with:

  • AI provider (e.g., Groq or equivalent): prompt processing.
  • Google/Firebase (if enabled): e.g., Firebase Authentication, Firebase Database, Analytics, Crashlytics.
  • International transfers may occur depending on server location. We use appropriate legal mechanisms (such as standard contractual clauses, where applicable).
